Items from the June 12, 2004 HOA Annual Picnic and Board Meeting.

Roll call was taken and board members present were Gary Urban, Robert Klingert, Kevin Iseman, Jim Mussulman, Bob Davis, Dale Herring, Jay Sheley, and Marlene Hartley. Board members absent were Steve Belshe, Brad Roberts, Keith Thomas, Earl Miller.

Secretary Jim Mussulman read minutes from June 14, 2003. Motion accepted minutes as read.

The treasurer's report was read and accepted.

Kevin Iseman reported our CD is coming due. After discussion, it was decided to roll over CD. Motion accepted

Bob Davis reported on HOA web page being up and running and would like to have everyone send e-mail address to him at: 2davis@prodigy.net to be added on the web page at www.hoabrangus.com. Motion was made and accepted to keep the web page.

Premiums for the Ozark Empire Fair and Missouri State Fair 2004 will be keep at same as 2003. Motion accepted.

There was a discussion on having a sale. President Gary Urban appointed a sale committee of Kevin, Robert, Jim, and Brad Chisum.

HOA will try to have a booth at the Springfield Farm Fest and have the Grand Champion Fair winners on display.

Treasurer: Kevin Iseman

2005 - Robert Klingert, Kevin Iseman, Jim Mussulman, and Dale Herring

2006 - Jay Sheley, Earl Miller, and Bob Davis

2007 - Steve Belshe, Keith Thomas, and Gary Urban

Next meeting is August 17 at 1:00 p.m. Missouri State Fair, meet in the Brangus barn at 12:30 then will go to the meeting site.
